You can map (connect) to class and recource folders if you are off campus. You will need to enable a VPN connection before you can map or connect to these server folders.
Step 1: Within the Finder, click on the “Go” menu at the top of the screen and select “Connect to Server…”
Step 2: In the Server Address filed, type in one of the following server shares
smb://storage.yale.edu/home/Arch_Advanced_Studios-776101-YSOA smb://storage.yale.edu/home/Arch_First_Year_Studio-776101-YSOA smb://storage.yale.edu/home/Arch_Second_Year_Studio-776101-YSOA smb://storage.yale.edu/home/Arch_Undergraduate-776101-YSOA smb://storage.yale.edu/home/Arch_Elective_Courses-776101-YSOA smb://storage.yale.edu/home/Arch_Required_Courses-776101-YSOA smb://storage.yale.edu/home/Arch_Resources_and_Special_Projects-776101-YSOA smb://storage.yale.edu/home/Arch_Digital_Media_Resources-776101-YSOA
